hat are Selya pieces made of?
Selya pieces are made in 925 sterling silver, stainless steel or brass, then finished in gold plating, unless the product page says otherwise. Stones are moissanite or high-quality cubic zirconia, as listed on each piece.

How long does the plating last?
Our jewellery is gold plated. Plating will wear with time, especially with water, perfume, lotion, sweat and friction. With care, the finish stays looking good for everyday wear. Colour and lifespan vary by metal: sterling silver and stainless steel generally hold a finish better than brass.

How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid water, perfume, lotions and chemicals. Remove pieces before showering, swimming or sleeping. Store in the pouch and wipe with a soft cloth. Full care notes are on the Material & Care page.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on all orders above AED 500 within the UAE and GCC.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return or exchange unworn items in original packaging. Exchanges are free. For returns, a fixed shipping fee is deducted from the refund. Pierced earrings may only be exchanged.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Tabby, Tamara, Klarna, major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
