RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Selya pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.
Eligibility
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the pieces are:
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- In their original Selya packaging with all tags attached
Exchanges
Exchanges are free of charge. Simply contact us and we will arrange the exchange for you.
Returns & Refunds
For returns, a fixed shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may only be exchanged and are not eligible for refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
